What Kenstin delivered

Corofy was delivered as an AI-assisted B2B sales intelligence product for outbound and expansion teams that need speed without sacrificing rigor. The product pairs a Next.js App Router dashboard with a FastAPI backend so users move from hypothesis to outreach in one continuous workflow. Scope included authenticated multi-user access, high-volume list operations, and operational visibility into batches and campaigns so managers can trust what shipped and when.

Sales and growth teams were losing hours each week to manual lead research, unclear market prioritization, fragmented company intelligence, and slow outreach personalization. Work was split across spreadsheets, generic research tools, and email clients, which made prioritization inconsistent and made it hard to reproduce winning plays. The client needed a single system that could support both exploratory research and repeatable execution at scale.

Kenstin designed Corofy as a domain-driven, API-first platform with clear modules for identity, lead discovery, GTM intelligence, company research, document ingestion, and email operations. We prioritized repeatable workflows, paginated data access for high-volume usage, and soft-delete patterns to preserve auditability without cluttering active records.

Product decisions were validated against real outbound scenarios: large batches, frequent re-runs, and the need to trace outputs back to source inputs. Governance checkpoints were built into each phase so sales leadership could review assumptions, prioritization logic, and data lineage before scale-up.

Implementation details

The delivered solution included JWT-based authentication endpoints for secure access control, lead search batches, GTM search with detailed analysis records, company research tracking, document upload and processing, and email batch processing with per-email status visibility. On the frontend, we implemented a responsive dashboard in Next.js with TypeScript, Tailwind, and data-fetching utilities for predictable UX.

On the backend, we implemented layered FastAPI architecture (routers → managers → CRUD/models) with SQLAlchemy, Pydantic validation, PostgreSQL persistence, Celery-backed automation, and infrastructure integrations that support scheduled and on-demand workloads. We also added operational guardrails such as structured logging, retry-aware jobs, and workflow-level error visibility so teams could diagnose issues quickly during campaign execution.

Measurable result

Corofy turned scattered sales research into a centralized operating workflow: teams spend less time context-switching and more time on qualified conversations. GTM planning and outreach preparation became more consistent because intelligence, assets, and execution lived in one place.

The platform scaled with the team’s outbound volume while keeping records reviewable-supporting iteration on messaging, targeting, and campaign structure without losing history. Leadership gained stronger planning confidence because pipeline outputs were traceable, comparable across runs, and easier to audit in retrospectives.
